How to lose 10 kg weight?

In this article, you won't find any miracle weight loss products for sale. On the other hand, you'll find a personal experience that will teach you how to lose 10 kg in 10 days – or 1 kg per day.

Note that it is easier to follow this program if you are on vacation/leave/or have free time.

But even if you don't, you can do it just as much! remember, 10 days to lose 10 kg.

I have always been told that it is impossible to lose so much weight in such a short time and that it is not recommended.

But in practice, things are very different.

Let me explain how I lost 10 kilos in 10 days with some exercises and a very specific diet.

A tip before you start

Before you start this diet, take a day when you'll eat whatever you want!

Because you won't be able to touch it for several days! So get ready for it! And have a winning mindset!

So how do you lose 1 kg a day?

So we start here. The basis of this weight loss program is actually very simple! Exercises and strong control of what you eat.

Remember this: “I'm not pretending to say that this is the best way to lose weight in a few days or that it's completely healthy.

Exercises to lose 1 kg per day

Now, what exactly are the exercises you need to do to lose 10 kg in 10 days? Well, only three things:

  • Running/jogging
  • Pumps
  • Skipping rope

Running/jogging is the main thing to do. You must be equipped with this: sneakers, tracksuits…

Get an mp3 or iPod nano player, and set it to music that motivates you.

You have to run between an hour and an hour and a half a day (yes, you can take breaks and walk). Preferably run in the morning.

Try to run as long as you can. But if you can't do it, walk. If you don't last an hour, try 45 or 30 minutes, it'll be perfect!

The pumps should not be done at the same time as jogging, keep them for another time of day. Make 3 sets of pumps as much as you can.

Make jump rope in the evening. For the skipping rope, plan 5 sets of the maximum you can do.

Follow this 10-day exercise routine and have breakfast after your jog, not before. Not necessarily immediately after (it can be 1 hour after …), but not before.

What to eat to lose 10 kg in 10 days?

In the morning: Take 2 egg whites (no egg yolks) and sugar-free tea.

At night: Eat a meal with a minimum of fat (not 0) and a minimum of carbohydrates. The proportions must be normal. You should not consume more to make up for not eating at noon.

Sugar is forbidden.

Take vitamins/minerals (I took centrum tablets once a day) and calcium every day or every other day to cover the lack of minerals and vitamins needed.

Drink plenty of water! You can't lose 1 kg of weight a day without water!

Take a picture of yourself and your fat! And keep it close to you, on your computer desk, in your mobile phone, in your wallet, on your wall! Everywhere!

Goal: Never lose sight of your goal during these 10 days.

Know that 10 kg is the minimum! You can lose up to 15 kg (but don't force yourself too much!).
